Controlling of Your Own Health

geneticsTo control of your own health, you may leave behind all the diseases common in your family, all the diseases common in your locality and country. You are not at the mercy of these areas of your life. By learning to take control, you can be one of the healthiest people alive.

By taking control, you need to question everything you do, everything you say. Instead of routinely buying the foods, the healthcare and the other trappings of modern day living, question whether you need it. Is it going to contribute to your good health. This can be immensely challenging in the early days, especially if your family and friends don’t support you. But by taking control, it means you’re not content to have the health of your family or friends, which may not be very good.

When they challenge you, it is normally more about their insecurity. You are showing them up as they may suddenly feel inadequate; why didn’t they question what you are questioning? By challenging every aspect of your life, you will strip away parts that no longer serve you. Relationships, habits, foods, drugs, supplements, lifestyles, jobs. By learning what makes your life healthy can mean a big overhaul.

This is normally better approached slowly. Letting things go can leave a vacuum, which is of no benefit to you if filled with something equally useless to your good health. First discovering what needs to go, will make a big difference in your life. Let them go when it feels right to do so.
